Booth Basics You’ll Want to Know

Rules & Regulations

• 
  Check-In Time: When you arrive, head straight to the Utopia Club office by the 4-H Building to check in.
  
• 
  Approval Needed: All items you plan to display must get the green light before you’re officially accepted as a vendor.
  
• 
  Crafty Creations Only: We love handmade goods, but imported or mass-produced items? Not so much. Please stick to the handmade vibes.
  
• 
  Food Vendor Alert: If you’re serving up something delicious, make sure you’ve got your permit from the Christian County Health Dept. (417) 581-7285. Get it no later than Monday, September 21st!
  
• 
  Power Up: Be sure to bring your own adaptors, power surge protectors, and extension cords-we won’t have extras on hand.
  
• 
  Sales Tax: Vendors, it’s on you to collect and submit your sales tax. We trust you’ll handle it!
  
• 
  Not Our Fault: The Utopia Club isn’t responsible for any accidents, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Keep your things safe!
  

Application Info

• 
  Returning Vendors: Don’t forget-renewal payments need to be in by February 1, 2026 to keep your spot!
  
• 
  Cancellations: If you need to cancel, let us know by August 15, 2026 to be considered for a refund.
  
• 
  New Vendors: Apply anytime, but you’ll get the official word on acceptance after March 15, 2026.

  Food Vendors Only: Wednesday, September 30th | 1 PM – 6 PM

  All Other Vendors: Thursday, October 1st | 7 AM – 9 PM
