Booth Basics You’ll Want to Know

Rules & Regulations

Check-In Time: When you arrive, head straight to the Utopia Club office by the 4-H Building to check in.
Approval Needed: All items you plan to display must get the green light before you’re officially accepted as a vendor.
Crafty Creations Only: We love handmade goods, but imported or mass-produced items? Not so much. Please stick to the handmade vibes.
Food Vendor Alert: If you're serving up something delicious, make sure you’ve got your permit from the Christian County Health Dept. (417) 581-7285. Get it no later than Monday, September 22nd!
Power Up: Be sure to bring your own adaptors, power surge protectors, and extension cords—we won’t have extras on hand.
Sales Tax: Vendors, it’s on you to collect and submit your sales tax. We trust you’ll handle it!
Not Our Fault: The Utopia Club isn’t responsible for any accidents, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Keep your things safe!

Application Info

Returning Vendors: Don’t forget—renewal payments need to be in by February 1, 2025, to keep your spot!
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, let us know by August 15, 2025, to be considered for a refund.
New Vendors: Apply anytime, but you’ll get the official word on acceptance after March 15, 2025.

2025 Official Fair Hours

Friday, October 3rd: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday, October 4th: 9 AM – 6 PM
Sunday, October 5th: 9 AM – 4 PM

2025 Vendor Setup Times

Food Vendors Only: Wednesday, October 1st | 1 PM – 6 PM
All Other Vendors: Thursday, October 2nd | 7 AM – 9 PM

Inside the 4-H Building
8' wide x 6' deep = $85
Inside the Barn
8' wide x 7' deep = $100
Inside a Big Top Tent
9' wide x 9' deep = $175

Outdoor Spaces:

12' wide x 12' deep = $125

Scam Alert

Heads up! We’ll never ask for payments through Facebook or any other social media platform, so don’t fall for any scam messages. Also, we don’t take credit cards or PayPal—so if someone’s trying to get your money that way, it’s a no-go.
