2025 Vendor Setup Times

Food Vendors Only:

     Wednesday, October  1st     1pm - 6pm


All Other Vendors:

     Thursday, October  2nd         7am - 9pm

2025 Official Fair Hours

     Friday, October 3rd           9am - 6pm

     Saturday, October 4th      9am - 6pm

     Sunday, October 5th         9am - 4pm

     


Booths must remain open

ALL show hours, ALL 3 days

Rules & Regulations

  1. Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in at the Utopia Club office by the 4-H Building.
  2. All items to be exhibited must be approved prior to vendor's acceptance.
  3. Craft products to be sold should be handmade, imported and/or manufactured goods are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.
  4. Food booths must have a Permit from the Christian County Health Dept. - (417) 581-7285.
  5. Vendors will need to provide your own adaptors, power surge protectors, extension cords, etc.
  6. Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and submitting their sales taxes.
  7. The Utopia Club is not responsible for accidents, lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  8. Registrations:
    1. Renewal Payments must be received by February 1, 2025.
    2. Cancellations must be received by August 15, 2025 for refund consideration.
    3. New vendors will  be notified of acceptance after March 15, 2025.
