We will never reach out to you via Facebook or any other social medial platform to request payment. We do not accept payments via credit cards or PayPal.
Rules & Regulations
- Upon arrival, exhibitors must check in at the Utopia Club office by the 4-H Building.
- All items to be exhibited must be approved prior to vendor's acceptance.
- Craft products to be sold should be handmade. Imported and/or manufactured goods are STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.
- Food booths must have a Permit from the Christian County Health Dept. - (417) 581-7285. This must be obtained no later than Monday, September 22nd.
- Vendors will need to provide your own adaptors, power surge protectors, extension cords, etc.
- Exhibitors are responsible for collecting and submitting their sales tax.
7. The Utopia Club is not responsible for accidents, lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8. Application Information:
- Returning Vendors - Renewal Payments must be received by February 1, 2025.
- Cancellations must be received by August 15, 2025 for refund consideration.
- New Vendors - Applications may be submitted for review at any time. You will be notified of acceptance after March 15, 2025.
